Brilliant. Old faux leather covers were fine but padding had gone thin and webbing saggy. Nailed a piece of hardboard over the hole and added new padding. All comfy again.

Excellent customer service. Was rung by the customer service team to check exactly what I required. Sent back a couple of photos with measurements rather than a template as I didn't need it to be exact. Very happy with what was supplied. Great support underneath some not too thick sofa and chair cushions.

We went on your website to research getting new seat inserts for our reasonably new sofa. We were very impressed with the details given to consider which options were going to suit our needs best. And how to measure appears to have been great as our order fit perfectly. We were very happy with the quality. And the speed of fulfilling our order was impressive!! It arrived very quickly and well packaged. We were a little concerned the box you used wasn’t going to get through the front door but it did. And we are now sitting on a much better sofa.
