One such product we provide is bespoke foam trays for use on automotive assembly lines. These trays are custom cut to your specifications. They can be used to securely house and protect important items thus preventing unnecessary loss or damage.

We’ve also recently begun to stock scrim foam for vehicle headlining. Scrim foam is a fabric-backed foam that is used to soften seats, door cards, panels, sides, roofs and more. Rolls of scrim foam are not currently available to purchase on the website. If you wish to buy some, please contact us directly.

As well as rolls of scrim foam, we also stock a wide variety of upholstery foam sheets. This includes everything from memory foam to reconstituted foam. There are currently 14 unique grades available to purchase directly through our website. If you can’t find the grade you need, please contact a member of our team directly, as we may still stock it.

Quick & Easy Ordering

To buy foam cut to size, simply start by selecting one of our foam shape templates. There are 22 unique shapes to choose from. This also includes a custom option allowing for many more shapes.

Once you have selected the shape that’s right for you, input your measurements in the designated fields. You can use cm, mm or inches to do this.

Afterward, you’ll be asked to choose your desired foam grade. Each foam grade comes with a short description. If you’re unsure which foam is right for your application, a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

The fourth step will allow you to add dacron and stockinette to your order. This is generally used for covered foam cushions such as those on sofas.

Finally, you just need to place your order. We offer a next working day delivery service on all orders placed Monday – Thursday before 11:00 am. Make sure to get your order in between then to qualify for this.
